These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PROTOUCH — Tarot Academy mobile application (the "App") provided by PRO TOUCH SP. Z O.O., ul. Juliana Smulikowskiego 1/3-1, 00-389 Warszawa, Poland ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Content and information

All content in the App is provided for general information only.

PROTOUCH is for learning and entertainment. It does not predict the future and does not provide medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The App, its design, texts and graphics are owned by PRO TOUCH SP. Z O.O. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

7. Apple

These Terms are between you and PRO TOUCH SP. Z O.O., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
